Halovera

AI is everywhere. Working systems are rare.

Halovera builds custom agentic systems for companies, then stays to operate and improve them. We account for their ESG impact, with governance and data at the heart. Here is how it works, in plain terms.

01

The offer

We build it, then we operate it.

A team accountable from end to end, from the first sketch to the version running in your company months later.

you havea real problem
we builda system that does the work
we stayoperating it, month after month
A human stays in command, from the first question to the last handover.

Build

A system made for one real problem

We start from a concrete pain in your company: a support desk overwhelmed, a budget no one can steer, a process eating hours every week. We design and ship a custom system that solves it, for a fixed build fee agreed up front.

Operate

We stay to run it and make it better

A system left alone rots. So we keep operating it for a monthly fee: we watch it, fix it, and improve it as your needs move and the tools get better. You get something that grows instead of aging.

02

The method

Built by the very machine we sell

Behind Halovera is a team that spent years inside real operations before building software for them, and a harness of AI agents that build and maintain software with us steering, verifying and deciding. Nothing we build ships until it has passed an adversarial review that hunts for the fault before you would, and a machine check that plainly says pass or fail, and we keep the cost of running it legible. This very site is made and maintained by it. When a client asks whether the method works, the answer is the thing in front of them.

01

Frame

We turn a fuzzy need into a sharp problem, with a finish line you can actually check.

a checkable finish line
02

Build

A first working version early, well before a project like this would traditionally show anything, so you touch something real while correcting is still cheap.

03

Operate

Then the loop: run it with you, harden where it strains, improve it month after month, with the cost of running it kept legible.

a system that stays alive
04

Handover

Built from the start so you can take it over: the decisions written down, the checks yours to run. A system you cannot take back is not an asset, it is a dependency.

03

How we know it works

Done is not an opinion. It is a check.

Before anything is built, we agree on what done means as something a machine can settle, not a meeting can argue. Then nothing reaches the outside world without a human yes.

is it done?
the check runspass / fail

Money moved, a message sent, a change published: each one stops for a person. The veto lives in the code, not in a policy nobody reads.
04

How much you hold

For you, with you, by you

The loop is the same for everyone. What changes is how much of it you hold, and that is a choice you make, not a tier we assign. You can move up over time, and the method is designed to make that climb possible.

05

Sustainability

Systems that last, and account for their impact.

We build for the long run, and we keep an eye on what our systems change. Before, during and after a build, we look at the ESG of what we automate: environmental, social, and above all governance and data. We favor projects that make your company more sustainable, and we help you see what actually shifted.

Environmental

We watch what a system consumes and keep it lean.

Social

We show which tasks get automated, and how to move people to higher value work.

Governance

Clean data, clear ownership, decisions that stay auditable.

Common questions

What does Halovera do?
We build custom agentic systems for companies and then operate them, month after month, and we account for their ESG impact.
What is an agentic system?
Software with AI at its core that does a real job inside a company: a support desk that answers and triages, an internal automation, a tool that steers a budget. The hard part is the system around the model, not the model itself.
What does build then operate mean?
We ship a system for one concrete problem, for a fixed build fee agreed up front, then we keep running and improving it for a recurring monthly fee, so it grows instead of quietly decaying.
How much does it cost?
There is no set price. The fee is agreed together once the problem is clear. Start a conversation and we take it from there.
What is the ESG angle?
We look at the impact of what we automate: the energy it uses, the people whose work it changes, and above all governance and data, clean data, clear ownership, decisions that stay auditable.
Where are you based?
In Lisbon. We work with companies across Europe and beyond.
